RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because these items are handmade and limited edition, returns, refunds, and exchanges because of a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. Orders are all carefully packed, but we know complications can happen during the shipping process. If you receive an item broken in the mail, please contact thirddayclay@gmail.com immediately (the sooner the better!) with clear photos of the broken item(s) and the condition of the package and we can work out a solution. 

SHIPPING

third day clay unfortunately does not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

All orders are carefully packaged and protected. Also be sure to look for the fun stickers, care instructions, and thank you card included in the package!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please wash all items you receive before using. All pieces are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended. All pieces are microwave safe. Do not take ceramic item from one extreme temperature to another. Doing so may result in thermal shock, thus damaging your piece. 

DROP DATES, TIMES, & INFORMATION

To find information about drop dates and times, be sure to check on my Instagram @thirddayclay in the "Updates" story highlight or subscribe to the newsletter to receive information periodically. Specific dates and times are generally not announced until 2-4 days before the date that is set. I like to wait until I know how the glaze firings turn out before setting a date and time for the drops!
